KPMG's Office of General Counsel (OGC) is responsible for protecting the legal and commercial interests of KPMG in Australia. The OGC deals with a number of matters including reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad variety of commercial agreements, regulatory issues, product development, litigation and attending to a wide range of legal, risk management and compliance issues.
