Job description

Reporting directly to and working closely with the highly experienced and representative board, the responsibilities of this rare leadership role will include leading improvements in return to work outcomes for workers and their employers; ensuring a fully funded, affordable and sustainable Scheme in the long term and developing and implementing strategic plans; building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners and key stakeholders and leading and motivating the dedicated staff and overseeing the ongoing governance, operations and resources of the organisation.
