Job description

HomeGround Services is seeking to appoint an outstanding CEO to provide visionary leadership to the organisation and lead a passionate, loyal and highly skilled team to drive performance in every aspect of operations and service delivery, ensuring the achievement of the organisation's objectives.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO is responsible for implementing the strategic plan of the organisation in line with its vision and values. The CEO will provide leadership and strategic direction, identifying opportunities which will enhance, and contribute to the overall objectives of, HomeGround. Maintaining a strong public profile, delivering improvements in performance and further strengthening relationships with government, community and corporate agencies are central to this position. The CEO will represent and advocate for the interests of HomeGround's client base across all levels of government.
