Job description

The Netball World Championships will be held in Sydney in 2015, the first time in 24 years that the sport's pinnacle event has been hosted by Australia.

Netball Australia is seeking a suitably qualified professional to effectively manage and oversee the hosting of the event. 

Reporting to the CEO and based in Melbourne, this challenging role requires a commercially focused person with strong strategic and operational experience, along with proven leadership qualities.

You will develop and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage staff to achieve key business objectives and ensure that the event is financially successful.
