Job description

Reporting to the Director of Marketing – ANZ, the senior shopping marketing manager will be primarily responsible for turning shoppers into buyers through marketing propositions that are aligned to strategic planning, development and execution of high impact, innovative and commercial retail programs and strategies.

The mandate will be to build and integrate the LEGO brand/product presence in-store, online, and in trade catalogues to ultimately support the companies consumer sales, customer (retailer) strategies.

A passion for customer, consumer and shopper marketing, coupled with the experience to drive the creation of compelling shopper platforms and develop insights that accelerate the delivery of category growth and build brand equity for LEGO brand is paramount.
